CSR Implemented under Solar Project

During the implementation of the 54.6MW Garissa Solar Project, Rural Electrification Authority, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, undertook to construct various public amenities that are intended to enhance the lives of the host community living in the surrounding areas of the project.
These amenities include:
  1. Dispensary 
  2. Primary School
  3. Chief’s Office and rehabilitation of the AP camp fence
  4. Solar Powered Borehole
  5. 5km Access Road to the farms
